MMU2s Bondtech Extruder Problém
- Hello, I compiled my MMU2S and pozuivam Extruder Bondtech MK3S. The problem is that when the fiber is loaded into the chips for about the first five seconds, no fiber is pushed on the cleaning tower or on the cleaning line. I have the right steps and FW I have the latest Bondtech. Is there anything else to change in PrusaSlicer? Single MM Extruder setup for example? The MMU changes the threads in order but does not get perfectly to the tip of the hotend and this makes a mistake both on the tower and on the line.

First make sure IR sensor and Finda are calibrated.
Second, make sure you've eliminated as much friction from your filament path as possible. Also, shorted the PTFE tubes as much as you can.
Third, make sure that your idler screws on the MMU are not too tight. top of the screws should be flush with the MMU unit surface. The extruder idler screw tip should be flush with the bolt below the hex window.
This should help the tips be formed correctly most of the time.

Did you adjust the esteps (e.g. Bondtech BMG - 415steps/mm) for the Bondtech extruder in the firmware? Are both sensors working correctly?
