Z axis calibration issue with E3D-V6 volcano

I purchased the E3D-V6 volcano which is longer than the original, this makes the calibration of the Z-axis fail, I am guessing because it does not have the full travel. Is there a way to change the expected travel on the Z-axis?

you can update the firmware, or print different parts to enable the travel within the existing frame

When I connect to the board in Marlin Arduino (vers 1.8.7) on my Prusa I3 Mk3 (firmware version 3.4.0-1327) for board it shows 'Arduino Mini' with the processor ATmega328P, I thought it was supposed to show Mini-Rambo, maybe this is the same? If not, is there a link for Marlin Arduino for the Prusa, I found some early ones that did not look right.
