Useful parts/components

Hello all, I am getting my first Prusa 3D Printer i3 MK3 soon. As Black Friday is coming, I just would like to get some recommendations from experts here on what parts to get that will/might be useful, would be great if I can get them while they are on sale lol. Even if they're not, it would be good to see what people are using. I got some ideas from looking briefly at the forum, and the projects others have done. Some projects that caught my interest: building the enclosure w/ filtration, adding camera, etc.. I would really appreciate any suggestions!

Get an E3D 24v 40W heater cartridge (should be red colored wiring) and an E3D Thermister (should be blue colored wiring) as spares. Personally, since they are cheap (about $9), I would grab two of each of them to keep on hand. I would also grab an E3D Heater Block, but just one of them. These are the parts that may get damaged if you have a blob form over the hot end when a print fails. The wires tend to break easily.

All parts must be Verison 6, E3D parts. Remember that the Prusa uses 24V for the heater cartridge - you can buy them in both 24V and 12V, so be careful.

Get a print fan.
It will fail eventually, and Prusa is very good about replacing it. But 3 days can seem an eternity.

I also got a few of the extruder springs. Hitting the gears with composed air from the idler side may send then flying. Or so I've heard. At a buck and a half each, I'll save the hour search.
If you are ordering, maybe some PTFE tubes. The chamfers that prusa performs may be worth the price.
Generally, look for the $1-$2 parts. Put them in your next order. You may never use them, but you may.

And consider a spare spring steel PEI sheet. It only takes one stupid moment when starting a PETG print when you realize you haven't used a release agent. I've got a1/4" right triangle on my original sheet where I see steel.

I'm only mentioning original parts from Prusa. The shipping can sometimes be prohibitive for minor parts.

Enclosures, cameras, Octoprint, etc, are each different threads. Feel free to open a thread when you have more specific questions.

Wow!

They have the! M3 (thin) square nuts. Not that I'll ever need more after only finding qty 50.
