Trouble-Shooting after Volcano Upgrade // Not Extruding
Hi,
today I finished my Mk3s volcano upgrade (thanks to martin) and re-assembled the printer. Unfortunately filament (Prusament PETG) is not being extruded. Extruder clicks. When I unload it and measure the length of the filament stuck, it reaches to the nozzle but apparently is not being melted.
What I did:
Checked heat cartridge. Reads around 19 Ohm, should be fine for 24V. Nozzles is heating up.
Checked thermistor. Its the E3D coming with the Kit (Semitec 104NT) and should have 100 k Ohm when at room temperature. Reads around that and should be fine.
Checked the assembly of the heatbreak and the nozzle. They touch in the thread. Both are snug.
What am I missing? Do I have to somehow reset the Temps settings? Recalibrate? I did a firmware reset but nothing changes...
Do you might have an Idea what to do next?
Thank you

Solved.
FYI and the next one with this problem: Reason was the PTFE tube. I dont know why but the stock one was melted at the very top where it sits in the heat break so its diameter was a little less than the filament. This led to a blockade.
I swapped it for the spare part included in the Mk3s kit and everything seems to be working fine now.
