Usually more than a layer height, sometimes 2. Probing before it's stabilized &amp; while it's still changing defeats most of the purpose of probing to start with.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I'm not sure if this is something that is a prusa firmware limitation, or because I'm using Octiprint for my printing.  Also, this goes under the category of "wouldn't it be nice if".  Right now, my gcode starts pre-heating and waits till the pre-heating is done before it starts doing anything else.  Wouldn't it be nice if it could go on and start doing the mesh bed leveling while it's pre-heating?  Just a thought.  It might be a limitation of gcode since it has to work on other systems too.  I don't know enough about 3d printing to know.</p>]]></content:encoded>
