Love this Mod! I'm gonna try this one very soon as I'm mainly printing with large nozzle - 1mm.
Any issue to report so far?

Apart from having to be carful of the cables when fitting the assembled E-Axis to the X-Carriage no issues at all. It has now been updated with an adaptor to enable it to work with the R3 extruder body, cover and print fan nozzle.
