Re: Fix bed variance / warp using flat springs

Dear Folks,
I have ordered 10 sets of springs C0180-029-0310M (the one with the best results, and you don't need to modify them) - I'm keeping one for me - the rest I'm going to sell in the forum...PM me if you are interested ...but first I have to get them 🙂

Found these, ordered a set and they have arrived, look and feel ideal for the Prusa Mk3.

Have yet to replace my existing cut in half springs as currently fitted, but will do this soon.

Can't guarantee how long they will be available as I have ordered parts from FYSETC before and they are no longer available even just days later.

Normal people believe that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet.

I have had installed these steel springs on my MK3 for several years:

https://www.federnshop.com/de/produkte/druckfedern/d-117a.html

Pretensioned to 5.5mm. This allowed me to create a leveled base in the range of 0.05mm, which remains stable even after a long period of use.

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.
