Hello:

I bought the Logitech C920 camera because it is compatible with prusalink:

I have printed the bracket in orange to be the same color as some parts of the printer: Using this STL:

But under the camera there should be some screws to remove the bracket but they are not there.

And I have contacted the owner who has uploaded this STL to the internet but he doesn't answer me and the Logitech manufacturer doesn't want to help me either.

Sincerely I am very angry I do not understand why people upload the STL to the Internet if then can not be modified!Maybe the file/support is no good for me!

I'm trying to modify it with TINKERCAD but I can't!

I have spent filament for nothing because I can't move forward!

I am from Bilbao and there is no logitech SAT in Bilbao, I would have to send it outside Spain and for the shipping costs... it's not worth it!

I'm sure the manufacturer knows how to disassemble it, because he has assembled it himself but they don't want to know anything....
