Slic3r Prusa Edition won't open
I have been using Slic3r Prusa Edition and I really loved it!
However, it won't launch now 🙁
No error pop-ups, no processes, nothing happens when I click the icon.
Since the last opening, I installed some GeForce Experience and Opera, which I have uninstalled now (NVIDIA drivers might have remained)
I also tried rebooting, reinstalling Prusa package, or deleting user data from %APPDATA% folder.
None of them worked.
Slic3r (not Prusa edition) is working as usual.
Any clues? Suggestions?

Locales for the Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are missing in the binary Slic3r packages. I have no Asian Windows box to test on, so I added the locales blindly. Hopefully this issue will be fixed in the next Slic3r release.

Works fine with the latest Slic3r Prusa Edition.
