Slic3r Multi Thread settings gone

Slic3r processor settings. I noticed recently that there no longer is an option to set the number of cores in Slic3r PE. I am using 138.6 and would like to enable at least half of my 12 cores as it appears to be hanging slicing on only one core. I am happy to be told I just missed where the options went, but would appreciate any help you might have.

They used to be in Print settings > Advanced > Threads, but I haven't seen it in a while. When activated I used to see a lot more multi-core processing from my system when slicing and making changes, which now seem to be hung on a single core. That is where the question is coming from if you wondered.

I also have this problem - Can't find the setting any more, and slicing seems to be slower as a result

The settings is gone, because it was ignored for some time already.
Slic3r always parallelises to all physical threads available.
