Simplify3D to Pursaslicer
I have an Simplify3d .fff file and I would like to use the setting in Prusaslicer. Is there a way to convert it?
RE: Simplify3D to Pursaslicer
Not directly or automatically. You can open a gcode file created in S3D in a text editor to view the settings, but you'll have to manually figure out the equivalent settings in PrusaSlicer. Unfortunately, not every setting has a direct equivalent.
Do you have S3D or just the .FFF file?

Just the .FFF file

Well, it won't be easy. The FFF file appears to be some sort of XML format, so extracting values will be tedious.
Is there some particular reason you're basing your settings on a different slicer? There are very good profiles for PrusaSlicer that might be easier to start with, especially if you're not sure why those S3D values work.

I found this .fff file and it is suppose to have some very good settings to print lithophanes. I was hoping to setup a profile just for printing lithophanes using prusaslicer and my Mk3s.
