Question about Slic3r, "Top" on Model, not on print
I am new to 3D printing and apologize in advance for the elementary question. I just printed (on a i3 MK2S) the "Anti-vibration" feet from the bottom of http://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/ . I'm trying to learn to design in 3D (using fusion 360) and to use Slic3r, starting with the Prusa Edition. I imported the design for the feet into Slic3r (file name is i3-anti-vib.stl) to check that out, and it appears with a top on it, but it prints with just outside walls, no top. When I look at each layer, it clearly shows a top on the model. [img]

Can anyone explain what is going on here? I would have expected to see the walls and for the model to be completely "hollow", which is how the part printed.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Jeff
Re: Question about Slic3r, "Top" on Model, not on print
I think you experimented with the Slic3r settins and you set the number of top layers to zero.
Re: Question about Slic3r, "Top" on Model, not on print
also check your infill settings are not zero.
