Hello new to all of this loving the printer. Is there a estimated print time in slic3r? Thanks

Unfortunately, no. You can upload your gcode here http://gcode.ws/# and it will give you that information.

Or you can use Pronterface, which comes with Prusa software, after loading gcode it shows also print time estimation.
I would also welcome showing estimation directly in Slic3r, sometimes it helps me to decide about the layer hight 😉
