original prusa i3 profile for simplify3d ???

Hi there.
Just got up and running with my newly purchased original prusa i3 1.75mm and am quite happy. There are some things I'd like to improve over time, especially the bed leveling knobs need some more grip. On another note I bought simplify3d to see if I could get more out of this printer. I especially like the feature of manual custom supports and also that the software gives you estimates on print time and material usage.
The only problem I have is that they seem not to have an out of the box printer profile that works well with the prusa i3. Also their support is shit, to say the least. I have written to simplify3d's support twice during the last 2 days and they left me hanging. The only time I got an answer from them was when I asked them if my printer was supported and they said yes. After that I purchased the software and since 3 days ago, I can do nothing with it, because I have no working profile. I managed to create a custom profile and thought I did everything right, I even copied and pasted the GCode Start and GCode End lines from slic3r to simplify3d, but it didn't work. When I generate a GCode in simplify3d and try to print it, the printer goes thru it's routine of first heating the bed, then heating the hot end and then it imediatly cools down again once it's reached working temperature. basically it only does the warming up and cooling down phase, without the printing inbetween.

If they had a demo version I would have junked it allready. but they let you buy full price and say you can get refunded within the first two weaks. I am starting to think, that they deliberately don't answer my mails, hoping I will let time pass and somehow forget, so that I don't get a refund in the end. I don't know. Seems kinda douchy to me.

anyhow. as maybe some of you use simplify3d with this printer, I thought maybe someone here could share his/her printer profile with me or point me to a source where I can find help, because at the simplify3d site there obviously isn't any help to find.
