AstroPrint?

Is anyone else using AstroPrint. I loaded it up after building the Raspberry Pi case from these forums, and it is pretty slick. I would like to be able to use it with Slic3r, but the "PRINT TO" feature in 1.2.9 doesn't seem to work like it does with OCTOPRINT. It recognizes that their is an Astroprint available, but doesn't connect.

Has anyone been able to get this to work?

I got word back from AstroPrint that they have fixed the 'Print TO' function, and will be adding Prusa I3 to their printer database as a standard printer model with presets for PLA, ABS, Bamboo/Wood and Bronzefill.

Re: AstroPrint?

As of Oct 31, 2016: AstroPrint still doesn't list Prusa. I emailed them and their author Dilanka simply responded with, "i3 Should work fine. Our software is compatible with MARLIN and SAILFISH firmware."
Does anyone happen to know what manufacturer I should select, who makes a printer really similar to the MK2. I'm not technical enough to edit gcode. I just want to slice things and Slic3r-for-Prusa tends to bug out when I import school files. A new version of Slic3r comes out in a few weeks, but it may have the same incompatibility with many STL and OBJ objects.
