Y Axis grinding

Hello again, I've been in the middle of calibrating my Prusa and have been having some trouble with the Y axis. Whenever I try and auto home it, it goes all the way to the back and all I get is a harsh grinding noise. Re: Y Axis grinding

Hi Nathan

First thing to do is power off the printer. Then move the bed backwards by hand as far as it will go. Move the endstop forwards until it is tight up to the bearing. Ensure it switches - you should hear a click as it makes contact with the bearing.

Then move the bed forwards and then move the end stop forwards by 2 to 3 mm (1/8").

Power on and retest. Let us know the result please.
