XYZ calibration failed at the 4th point

I've been trying to run xyz calibration and it kept saying calibration failed, please consult the manual. The light on the probe was on and it seemed to find the other 3 points. I ran it like half a dozen times already, if anyone can point me in the direction of what to try would be great.

Have you tried to lower the PINDA? That was one of my main problems. Also if that doesn't work try loosing the screw that connect the hotbed to the y-axis and make sure the ball bearings are evenly set. And if all that does work it might be your frame that's not right. Hopefully that helps, I know the frustration of troubleshooting this thing.

My pinda is only slightly higher than the nozzle. The light on the pinda is on. When I auto home, the pinda was right above where the circle was, only slightly forward, but still in the circle.

You mean the 2 screws in the middle of the bed?

I just pinched the x axis belt together (top and bottom) and it touched, but if pushing just one it doesn't loose enough to touch the other side. Maybe that belt is loose? How loose is too loose?

Ok I went around and tighten some screws that felt loose. And I've decided to heat up the bed, with my fingers crossed, I've read it somewhere that it might help the probe find the point easier and it seemed to do the trick for me.
