X-axis / Extruder Carriage Vibrating Noise

So I just finished building my kit. I have quite a bit of noise on both the y and x-axis. I am guessing most of the y and x axis noise is from the bearings and any skew from the build, but the x-axis noise also has a pretty loud and odd rattling sound. The rattling noise is either coming from the bearings or the extruder carriage. Whenever I put a very small amount of pressure on the side of the filament cooling fan or the bottom bearing the rattling almost completely disappears. I am fairly certain the noise isn't from the fan, its just that something is a little loose and needs some pressure. I disassembled the extruder carriage and tightened everything (including the bearing zipties) but that didn't change anything. The rattling noise still goes away if I put some gentle pressure on the side of the fan or the bearing and a few other spots. Any thoughts/advice?

I am having the same problem with X axis but only at the mesh bed leveling process. On mine it causes mis-steps on the stepper and error out. If I put some firm pressure in the direction that it should go it works fine. Once it gets through the calibration it works absolutely perfect.

I have little to no noise with my Genuine Prusa MK2 Upgrade Kit build from a MK 1 kit, I always print in quiet mode. I always get great prints with the materials I use. PETG, PLA, PLA+,< great from RigidInk, NGEN and Ninjaflex. Got some new hardened nozzles, about to try some exotic filaments ie carbon fibre and metal based.
