Weird precise layer deflection, can't find the reason.

Bought 3d printer 2 weeks ago. First prints were smooth and good. Did not have any problem. Then these last two days it start doing this :

In every part it is on another area, but for same parts it is precisely at the same area. It is not big of a deal, part dimentions are good but still it is annoying. Searched for common problems but found nothing alike. Is there a known cause that I did not see and a solution?

It's called a seam. It's where the perimeter starts and stops.

There are a few "seam hiding" parameters in the slicer.
