Re: Thermistor cartridge DOA
Got it by switching internet provider, work isp must be blocking some thing
Thanks !
Re: Thermistor cartridge DOA
Got support !
I may not be the only one that got the issue this week, there are checking the batch.
Don't hesitate to contact them ...
Re: Thermistor cartridge DOA
Hi, you had better luck than me...
I contacted support, got a "Hi" and nothing more...
so I eventually dropped the chat and tried again...
got another hi from the same operator... and asked to wait as they were very busy.
I waited... Hours... nobody came back...
dumped the call and tried again, got an appology, then asked to take a video, to show the thermistor was not working...
bearing in mind that I had fitted the Mk1 Thermistor, temporarily wrapping it round the cable bundle, there was little chance of taking a video...
so I ended up emailing them and hoping for a reply...
however, just in case, I have ordered some replacements

Re: Thermistor cartridge DOA
Got an email yesterday saying that they will send me a replacement.
Apparently nothing wrong on their side and each component is tested before shipping ..
I beleive we need to be cautions when assembling the printer before de wire are tie together
I also took 2 spares from E3D yesterday with 2 extra nozzle ..
