Temperature Offset/Calibration possible?

Hi!

Just got my MK2S - totally exited! 😎
Thanks to prusa&his team for designing this awesome peace of kit!

Preface:
Before starting to tinker around with extrusion multipliers/temp settings/etc. I like to make shure my printer is calibrated. Some will say "just go with it, you'll need to find your temps/multipliers/etc. anyway so who cares" - but I care. The simple reason is: If I have to change the thermistor in future I can recalibrate the new one to the same standards as the old one. Therefore all my profiles should still work.

My findings:
In standby my extruder&bed temps read 27°C in my room thats @20.8°C.
Since the printer has been sitting in this room for quite some time (without heating anything) its clear that the thermocouples are about 6°C off when cold.

My question:
Is there a way in prusas marlin FW to set a temp offset?
Some gcode command?
And: Will I have to add it to my starting gcode or can it be stored in EEPROM?

Thanks!
Stephan
