Resolved PINDA / XYZ Calibration Issue!
I just finished building my PRUSA I3 MK2S kit. I performed the self check and found that one of the fan plugs was not correctly attached to a connector. After fixing that, I attempted to do an XYZ calibration. After making a number of adjustments to the PINDA probe height, I was still not able to get a successful calibration. Although I did not notice this in the printed handbook, I found an XYZ calibration re-set option in the calibration section of the menu. After re-setting the XYZ calibration, I was able to do a successful XYZ calibration first time! I will also pat myself on the back for getting the x/ axes perpendicular on the first try 😀 (or I was simply very lucky). For those having trouble with the XYZ calibration, try the re-set option. Hopefully, this helps. So far, I am impressed with the software installed on my printer.
