recovering the firmware

While trying to update the firmware in my Prusa I3 Mk2, I've managed to corrupt it, leaving the printer "bricked". Can anyone point me at a recovery procedure?

You need an ISP to program it directly, not over usb.

If you have an Arduino you can use that. "Arduino as ISP"
