PSU bracket on frame holes dont line up

Just finished my build, overall a very satisfying experience! I went through the calibration sequence at first and had it fail, there was an unreachable point on the bed, I had to move the aluminum frame forward (loosening the 10mm nuts) , now my machine is fully functional, ultimately my question is , the bracket that is held on the threaded rod to support the PSU holes dont line up with the PSU hole, is there a way to print out a part that is longer? or have I done something incorrectly ?
Thanks in advance !
Cheers !

Re: PSU bracket on frame holes dont line up

Yes you have done something wrong. This is also resulting as a failure in calibration.

I suggest to loosen the nuts which are connecting metal Z frame with the Y axis (heated bed).

Mount the PSU.

Then get a caliper and measure the distance between Z frame and the orange printed parts in the back of the Y axis. Distance should be exactly 10cm. Not more or less. Dont forget to measure after you tighten them up. Because tightening might affect the distance.

good luck
