Printing with 1 mm nozzle problem
Hi guys
I have been trying to print with my Prusa mk2 i3 using 1 mm nozzle and 0.6 mm layer height.
It seems that for each road, there are certain positions where there is less amount of material come out of the nozzle.
I have been trying every thing from changing the temp, speed and even the filament.
Does anyone knows where the problem is ?

Please post your pictures on these forums. I will not look at third-party sites.
Are you trying to print at more than 15mm/s? That't about the maximum melt you will achieve with V6 hot end.

Re: Printing with 1 mm nozzle problem
I am printing with 10 mm/s speed
Re: Printing with 1 mm nozzle problem
I doubt the v6 can keep up with the volume of 1mm x 0.6mm...
And I am guessing you will have a huge stringy mess since even when not printing, that large an orifice will still seep filament.
I have had marginal success with 0.8mm nozzle with 0.4mm layer height. Looked a bit rough, and was stringy, but the machine could keep it primed.

Re: Printing with 1 mm nozzle problem
Material? Temp? First layer height?
Does the extruder skip while printing?
Does the filament feed properly from the spool?
At least give us something to go on...
