Print Problem

So when I try to print the basic frog the right side of the frog prints correctly but the left doesn't. I don't understand why this is happening and would love any feedback on how to fix it.

Re: Print Problem

Try to post a picture showing the part still on the print bed.

However, from what I think I see, you need to lower the live z-adjust so that the filament sticks to the print bed.

Re: Print Problem

Sorry, i did not realise that you are printing onto a glass plate on something other than an i3 MK2.

I have no idea how to calibrate your printer.

Re: Print Problem

the Mk1 has discs under the corners of the hotbed. rotating these causes the heatbed to rise or fall,

if you clean the glass of all plastic scraps,
you can wipe it with ABS juice, or pritt stick to give something for the filament to bond to.

diluted PVA glue, and some hair spray products are reputed to work as well...

let whatever material you use, dry,
then heat up the printer for the plastic that you intend to use, once heated, use the home all axis option, and then disable the stepper motors.

get a sheet of copier paper, insert it between the glass and the clean extruder nozzle, if you try to move the paper, you should feel a trace of resistance to movement.
If the paper feels nailed in position or tight, lower that corner of the build plate a little, if there is no resistance, raise the build plate...
once the front left corner is adjusted, do the same at the front right hand corner, then the back two corners...

then re check and adjust if necessary,

once you can feel light resistance when moving the paper... at all corners, you can load the gcode and try printing the model again.
