print detail question

I have printed a new knob for my MK2 (blue) but it is missing the half circle that the original button has. The stl file has it but the printer seems to just push those layers together. Is this an extrusion issue or maybe first layer adjustment? Sry I am quite new to all this 🙂

I think it's a bit too squished on the first layer. try reducing the liveZ adjustment a little

use a smaller negative number...

I think the slot is obscured as opposed to missing...
