Print checking End Stops in the middle of print
Hi everyone,
I have an issue with the extruder stopping the print, going all the way to the left and checking the end stop there, and then continuing the print. Sometimes it goes back to the same spot it left off, sometimes it doesn't. It does this with both the X and Y axis end stops and it will do it multiple times during a print. Once it does it a few times the print will stop completely and freeze. Not exactly sure what is going on but I would accept any ideas or help anyone has.
Thank you!

Hi Dennis
That does sound very strange. The commands must be in the gcode, so I would think that this is something that your slicer is introducing.
Certainly, within KISSlicer, there is an option to perform specified gcode (like home X and Y) every N layers. Can you check your slicer for something similar that you have accidentally turned on.

Thanks for the reply! You're right, it was the gcode but I have figured out what it the problem was. When I moved the printer to another room, the LCD connection came loose a bit. Therefore, the gcode was not able to be transferred to the printer. It was checking the endstops just as it does at the beginning of every print.
Thanks for your help!
