nozzle is hitting heatbed

Hi
i upgraded my printer from mk1 to mk2.
Used latest firmware FIRMWARE 3.0.6 (AUGUST 8, 2016) and v2 calibration gcode
problem is that when mesh bed leveling is called ( g-code G28) probe checks 9 points and at the last
step it crashes nozzle into the heat bed
probe position is seen on the
picture:

video:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6JUlirMO4eSalZmTFF3ZUY0Nkk/view?usp=sharing

when i check endstops in the menu for point 9 it returns
x 0
y 0
z 1
so probe is working
if modify g-code and use G28 XYZ it will home on the first point succefully.
But when i run v2 calibration with G28XYZ i don't see that bed levels itself.
does anyone had the same same problem ?

Re: nozzle is hitting heatbed

I am having this exact same issue but with a fresh build. Seems everything else is perfect. XYZ are all true. I've gone through the build instructions several times to ensure I haven't missed anything. Reloaded firmware just in case something went wrong there. Consumed the forum here and on reddit. Right now I'm in the put it down for a couple days phase so as to not become blinded and overlook something simple. It really seems like a software problem at this point though. I'll mess with it again tomorrow evening and share my progress even if none is made.

Have you "zeroed" your Z-azle by driving the carriage all the way to the top until it sounds bad? (no damage is made to the motors).

Did you go thru whole calibration flow for 3.0.6 FW which is in the latest handbook? http://prusa3d.com/downloads/manual/prusa3d_manual_mk2_en.pdf

Yes i passed all the calibration flow.
I was able to make it work on the 3_0_5_RC firmware
http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/download/file.php?id=2336
So basicaly in the gcode when it starts mesh bed leveling it crashes on 9 point everytime.

Re: nozzle is hitting heatbed

I had a similar issue when I upgraded from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 with point 9; I moved the probe down very slightly (0.05mm) and it has worked fine since.

Re: nozzle is hitting heatbed

This post can be closed.
It was the firmware issue on version 3.0.6.
After downgrading to 3.0.5 nozzle stopped crashing the bed.
And now on the latest firmware this issue is not present anymore.
