Need tips for how to fix current prints

I just received my MK2, the kit, and have it fully assembled. It seems to be level and passes all the calibration tests and lays down the first layer well, however I'm encountering issues afterwards. My prints which are the preloaded models that come on the SD card are having a weird end result, below are two photos of a finished whistle(i broke it due to the layers not being correctly done) and part of the PLA buddy file. I'm new to printing and would appreciate any ideas on where to start to fix this issue. Also sorry if this has been answered before, couldn't find any similar post with pictures.

First thing I would check is tension of the springs on the extruder idler.

Beyond that, sorry, I didn't build the kit.

Thanks, with having had to reset the xy so much, I think they had came just lose enough to where it wasn't properly feeding the material all the way. Tighten it up and giving the PLA buddy file another shot, so far so good, will post a finished picture once its done. Thanks Mavu.

Those layers seem really thick. What layer height are you using?

I was just using the preloaded models that came with the SD card in the printer kit, as stated above, it was just the filament wasn't being fed through properly do to the screw having came lose. reprinted the PLA Buddy file and it came out great and so have all the other prints since the fix.

Here is the pug, sorry for picture quality and lighting.
