More zip-ties!
My solution to assembling the impossible-to-assemble electrical enclosure is to .... use more zip-ties!!! Or course! For sure a new solution is needed for this part of the design.

😯 what happened?
Quick tip: secure the wires from the extruder to the carriage as in the manual, this way you I am pretty sure after some time thermistor will fall out 🙁

I bent the sturdy cables from the heatbed and the PSU into a shape that could be accomodated in the box. This took for sure ~20 - 30 minutes and was well spent time. This made it very easy to both assemble and disassemble the box.
