you have (1) either no temperature sensor connected to the correct port of the RAMBo board, or (2) both temperature sensors failed at the same time, or (3) your board is defective.

most likely is (1) !
so check your connections again.

I have the same problem and notice one of wire to the exturder temperture sensor is lose. How do i fix this? Do you have a diagram or picture on where i should reattach this wire.

here a generic picture of the E3D v6 hotend:

#7 is the thermistor. in this case a PT100, but prusa uses the ATC Semitec 104GT-2 (100k Ohm thermistor) by default at their MK2(S).

this part has two leads that are crimped or welded to the two wires that are connected to the RAMBo board.
you can't solder the wires directly to the leads because they'll get hot and will unsolder themselves.

if the leads snapped off right at the body of the thermistor, you'll need to replace it.
