Re: Layers shifted

y and/or x axis belt or pulley skip. check the belts for tension and the pulleys for proper fixation.
furthermore check that the zip-ties that hold the bearings in place are tightened enough, so that they couldn't slip.

Also, check that your cable harness/wrap from the extruder doesen't bump into something at the back.

Hello,

Thanks for your answers. It seems that it is the Y axis.
The cable behind I checked that allwas clear for its movements, no problem.
For the others things it is very technical for me... Is there a picture somewhere where you can show me what to check? For the belt I don't see how to check the tension, but it is the same as the other when touching... Not sure it is the problem....

...

yes, it's the y-axis, because there is no layer shift in x-direction visible at the vent in the middle.

tightening the pulley is quite easy.
thightening the y-belt requires a little bit more of assembly skills.

Re: Layers shifted

Ok, I found that the belt in y axis had a tension problem. I wanted to try if the print is ok and here is the result :

This is the second time we have this problem and if we continue we have again to buy heater etc( 83 euros!). We use the printer for 3 weeks and we have too much problem with it, we have asked Prusa to cancel our order as we can't work correctly with it. We bought an Ultimaker 2+ with the prusa and we never had any problem with it...
