How do I install printbed onto y-carriage frame
Hi everyone,
I just finished my build, great kit btw @josef&team.
I'm having problems with installing the heated bed on my Y-carriage, I really could use some help.
When installing the heated bed to the y-carriage, do the screws just sit on the holes of the y-carriage? I cant push them through so it's either they need to rest on the holes in the y-carriage frame, or they need to be screwed in?
I don't think the bed can be leveled with the z ajusters when screwed into the y-carriage?? I could use some help here. Thank you!

Hi Kristof; welcome to the forum.
The screws mus go into the holes in the Y chassis, so that the adjusters are resting on the chassis arms.
I suggest that you remove one of the screws and use that to ensure that it will be a snug fit into all four holes. You may need to screw it in and pull it out if there is slightly too much paint applied to the chassis.
Under no circumstances should you drill out the holes.
When you get one screw fitting into all the holes, replace it into the heated bed. Loosen all 4 lock nuts under the bed slightly so that the screws can move laterally. You should now be able to get all 4 screws into the chassis holes. Best to tighten up the lock nuts when the heater is at 50 degrees or so.
