Extruder issues
I've had my printer for about three months. It has developed extrusion problems. The filament would curl back on the nozzle so I suspected a clogged nozzle. Cleaned that clear. Did the same thing. I discovered i had assembled the cooling fan backwards from the beginning so reversed that thinking that has got to be it. Nope. Same thing. I finally bought a new nozzle. Prior to the replacement I hand fed filament through the PTFE tube to make sure it was clear. Loaded the filament and it will extrude about three inches ok but then it will start to blob and curl a bit with a couple of skips on the hobbed pully. Frustrated at this point. Don't know what else to do. May I have damaged something above the nozzle printing for a couple of months with the cooling fan on backwards?
