Yes, I managed to get a good print using the gray filament without roughtness

Gz!

I started a print trying your speed and damn the edges are slow. I feel like using this speed is compensating to negate the real problem.

After like 5 hours, i managed to unclog the cold end! Printed this with default slic3r PE with 190 degree.


The boat with S3D was better looking
The boat at a higher temperature was better looking
All edges are rough on the bottom section of the boat!

So i changed my extrusion width from 0.48 to 0.40 and it fixed alot of problems!

Print speed 60mm/s
outline 40%

I tried printing with 0.40 extrusion width, its indeed a bit better, but not perfect.

Last thing I am going to try is print another fan nozzle ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2276997 ), but I need to try my nylon filament first before I can use it.

Reviving old thread.. that looks beautiful! This was at 0.1mm right? No stringing on the cabin? How did you do that! What are your retraction settings may I ask?
