Warping/support material problem
I have enabled support material in Slic3r (1.36.2, not changing other presets, meaning overhang threshold is set to zero). Nevertheless, it seems like sufficient material was not produced for my object, printed with Matterhackers PRO series PLA, since the profile warped:
The profile is supposed to curve smoothly (like an arc) from the horizontal to the vertical. What I could observe during printing is that the edges stretching towards the right in the image started to curve upwards.
I guess this could be solved in two ways:
1. Creating more support material. Setting an overhang threshold of 50 deg or more? Should I disable "Don't create support for bridges"?
2. Preventing the curving upwards of the edges. Should I use lower temperature for bed and/or nozzle?
Grateful for advice,
Mikael
