Uneven layers at certain height

Hello. I have printed two mostly identical pieces and both of them have the same problem: at a certain height layers become "wobbly". Near the corners and at lower height they are good. What may be at fault and how do I fix it?

RE: Uneven layers at certain height

It's impossible to say for sure but longer parts, large parts, have the undesirable property of warping.  When the warp is along the lower length, the part lifts off the bed (or in some cases lifts the steel sheet off the bed by overcoming the magnetic force holding it down).  This raises the top of the part the same distance of the warp.  This moves the part closer to the nozzle, which is still extruding the same volume, and you get fat extrusions and perimeters that look like they are oozing out of the part.

Try raising bed temperature to 70c for the part; see if that helps.  Other helpful things are reducing the print fan speed to 50% or less, like 25%.  You might even try OFF since there aren't any bridges in the part.   Last resort is an enclosure.

More obvious display of the same thing:
