TRNIO free smartphone scanning app for 3D printing. Any others?
I've started playing around with mobile scanning so I can print objects.
I downloaded the free scanning app and followed this tutorial:

To get a printable object, I download the OBJ file and converted it to a STL using Blender.
Question: Does any know of other free solutions using a smart phone to get a STL file?

Well, AutoDesk had 123D Catch, but they stopped the 123d line in favor to Fusions 360, TinkerCAD and ReMake, which should do what you are looking for. They annonce that these product will remain free for Student and hobbyist, which is the case for Fusion 360, but for ReMake it's not that obvious and need to be clarified.
