Re: Rpetier Host
Hi, the baud rate is 115200, repetier defaults to 250000 from memory. Might be you're issue.
If you go into Config / Printer Settings you'll find it there.
It's also worth checking there is a new com port seen in the Port tab when you plug the printer USB cable in. If not, try reinstalling the Prusa drivers. The Auto setting should work OK for port and transfer protocol.
You can also check that the printer's com port is seen in device manager.
Hope this helps, good luck.
Re: Rpetier Host
Use Com3 and let the wizard determine the baud. Default is Com1 and that doesn't work for the Prusa. After that, you will most likely need to manually set your bed dimensions even though it tries to pull that from the firmware. I don't suggest using there firmware until you know more about the software and the firmware change. The marlin firmware works just fine with Repetier Host.
Re: Rpetier Host
Yes, the problem was the baud rate.
Now all work properly.
Thank you
Repetier Server
Not sure if you have played with the Server part yet, but something I would recommend looking into. What I like most about it is that its a service and you can print from the service instead of the Host app. If you print directly from the Host app and it crashes, that job is ruined. When you printer from the Server service, you can use the Host to work on other files and compile gcode without it bothering the current print job.
