Question regarding to Prusa Slic3r setting
After I imported the Slic3r settings from Prusa website. I saw there are two printer settings and I am just curious which one should I use. They are "Original Prusa i3 MK2 ColorPrint' and "Original Prusa i3 MK2 with ZHop". The only different I can see is Lift Z under extruder retraction set to .15mm, what is it and in what situation do I need it? Sorry for so many question for such a newbie like me. Thanks.

Z-Lift (lifting the nozzle during moves) is used where you are printing at an angle and the part can curl upwards, when printing very thin items (supports etc) or any instance where the nozzle may for some reason hit the printed part during the move.
When using Z-Lift the "Colorprint" software cannot correctly determine where to place the M600 filament change code, so if you want to include a filament change you have to slice without Z-Lift (or edit the GCode file and add the M600).

In this case, I should choose Z-Lift as my default printer for optimized print quality if I am not going to swap color during the print. Am I correct?

It does rather depend on your model and what you are looking for. If you don't mind the print taking longer to finish, then there should be no problem including Z-Lift in your prints when they need it.
You will quickly get a feel for when you should use Z-Lift with your filament on your printer; there are no hard and fast rules.
