PVA not adhering to bed
Hello All;
I am printing a model with esun PVA material. Couple weeks ago I was able to print the model using 60C bed temperature and 195C nozzle temperature without any problems. After a while I wanted to print the same exact model using the same exact gcode but I had problems with filament getting stuck at the nozzle. I changed the PVA filament with a brand new one thinking that the rainy weather and high humidity was the cause but no luck. Recently I also purchased a esun dryer 3d box but that also had the same issue. In the mean time I am also having issues with the first layer adhesion. I wonder if someone with PVA experience can help here a bit.
As I was able to do a perfect print before I believe there should be some maintenance issue here.
Best Regards...
RE: PVA not adhering to bed
I figured out that on my first trial I applied PVA on the heating bed. This PVA is a water-PVA mixture I prepared using discarded PVA material actually. So my problem was that I forgot the PVA glue application.
