Paint for PET?

I have learned that PET is a polyester family plastic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyethylene_terephthalate

Then I should use paint with a polyeser resin base right? Anyone knows of such paint? Or any other paint that will stick to PET?

Not sure there is a lot of experience here, it seems more of question for RC modeling world.

I googled a bit, and found some interesting articles:

Have you tried printing with PET. I have seen some horror stories and that the glass bed fractures in removing a PET or PETG print.

Re: Paint for PET?

@Nigel. I ordered a PET spool with my Prusa and have nice stuff done with it ( like this bike chainguard: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1503649 ). It's true that once you use ABS juice, it's sticking very well. But using this kind of blade, once you insert it under a side, the print detach very well:

The danger is that if you push the cutter with too much force to insert under the print, you can badly hurt yourself when the part is suddenly unsticking and the blade continue to be pushed on the other hand, which hold the part !
