Microswiss nozzle and petg

With my printer on the 7 week backlog I want to pick some things up so I can get started right away when it arrives.

I have had seen quite a several people recommend I replace my nozzle with the micro swiss. What does this offer over the stock one? It's not terribly expensive at only $15.
While I don't plan on printing abs I would like to use some of the exotic filaments from proto pasta and petg as well.
They have nozzles from .25, .3, .4, .5. Any reason I should go with a smaller size nozzle over the stock .4?

part of what I will be printing will be smaller objects like coins or tokens about silver dollar size. And the other half will be bigger things like board game inserts, miniatures, quad copter parts, etc.

Does anyone use the cleaning filament when switching colors or is it a waste of money?

If you are not using an abrasive filament then the stock nozzles should be fine. You may want smaller for better detail on small parts.

I use cleaning filaments on my other printers for color or material type changes and occasionally on the MK2 more as a maintenance thing.
