How to print my little Marwin better?

Printed it with Prusa Yellow and S3D.
My Settings:

Layer: 0,05
Retract Distance: 1,0
E-Multi: 1,0
E-Witdth: 0,38
Retract-Verical-Lift: 0,08
Coast at End: 0,20
Wipe Nozzle: 2,0
E-Temp: 215
B-Temp: first layer: 60° above layers: 55°
Infill: 35

Default Printing Speed 45,0
Outline 60
Solid Infill Under Speed: 75

Which settings should I look for first to 'kill' these little edges which can be seen especially above the eyes?

Re: How to print my little Marwin better?

You probably need to increase extrusion width to 0.45mm (you should not go less than nozzle width). At 50 micron layers, you are generating 161 steps to extrude 126mm of filament at your settings, a maximum of around 80 steps per second.

You also need to reduce the temps from the second layer to 205 degrees.

These are overhangs, so it will be very difficult to get perfection!

It won't make any difference, but I would also increase Z-lift to maybe 0.5mm.

Thx for your hints Peter.
I'll try them out, step by step.
