I use a Z-Lift of 0.4mm.

I think the speed thing allows the fan more time to cool each area before it moves on to the next area.

I redid the gcode* with a .4 zlift, 190/60 temp, slowed down the speed and will try one last time until I call it quits with the Eiffel Tower. I tried hard and got close, but not close enough. There are a few potential areas that can go wrong, and they have gone wrong. Oh well. Thanks for the various tips.

Went to bed with first 2 levels fine. Woke up and see the filament stopped extruding at the third level. I looked closely and see that it was still drooping despite the bridging changes. The thinner extrusions went across but the thicker ones drooped. No idea what that means but I'm curious who is able to print this model.
