X-Axis pulley alignment issue
The pulley on the right side for the x-axis belt seems to be not lining up correctly. I have attached an image of the pulley. You can also see the black bits in the bracket where it's grinding off the belt. When the x-axis moves back and forth the belt sort of tilts forward and backward depending on the direction of travel. I have to think this effecting my prints (not nearly as clean as I see many other posts for this printer) and will prematurely wear the belt out.
The drive gear is aligned properly and is not experiencing the same issue. Imgur album of both pics: https://imgur.com/a/Bn778
Any suggestions? I've gone through everything from the instructions a couple times now and no change to date.
Thanks
Re: X-Axis pulley alignment issue
All new parts for the X-axis were released to the Prusa github today. I have the same exact issue and am half way through printing them all so I can do a total swap.
From reading the threads of Github comments, the new x-carriage has a much better belt retention setup, and the new x idler has adjusted the screw hole to fit correctly. Hoping these combine to fix the issue.

No kidding? Time to check out those parts. Guess I need to buy me some PETG.
