Jon, That is the correct size PFTE tube. It is shipped from China and can take a while to arrive but if you need it now here is the one I bought from SPOOL3D https://spool3d.ca/ptfe-teflon-tube/
Errrr, shouldn't it be 2ID, 4mmOD. 3mmOD is going to be very thin walled and probably won't be clamped by the connectors at each end.

For inside the extruder the PTFE tube internal diameter needs to be less than 2mm, to reform the tip diameter on retraction, I think it's 1.85mm or 1.90mm
for the tube from the top of the extruder to the MMU2, and from the MMU2 to the filament reels I have been using 2.5mm internal diameter to reduce friction... the MMU2 / mk3 printer uses these tubes as guides rather than part of the extrusion process, so the internal diameter is not critical
