how do i upload the settings.json file into octolapse? i cannot find anywhere to upload the file

I am getting terrible stringing that comes off in the direction the print head moves while printing with Octolapse. It does not happen with Octolapse turned off.
What settings do you use for:
Retraction length:
Retraction speed:
Detraction speed:
Z-Hop Height:
Z Movement Speed:
I would appreciate the help.

Is there a how to on installing a rPi 3 with the MK3S? I saw the rPi Zero W how to but want to use Octolapse as well.
