Sounds like a ziptie is grinding against the carriage. Have you checked if those are trimmed and in the proper position? The square ends are supposed to be on the inside of the printer as shown in step 30 in the instructions.

It might also be something else being in contact with a moving part, if you look straight under there from either the front and back end you should be able to see anything sticking up.

Another possibility would be damaged bearings or a misaliggned belt making contact with the frame.

The Printer also seems to be very close to the wall at the back, the cables could grind against that.

I hope this helps,

Felix

Good tip check Step 38 http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/2.+Y-axis+assembly/507?lang=en#s8307 and §DP Iceland build YouTube video starting from minute 25.

He did a great job pointing out most important build things and good tips. The hole build serie is good and quite short.

Hope this helps.

Yeah i chat with PR the Rods are ok but i think i tightend the belt too much. Now the strange noise was a little bit away but the printer was still loud. think he use my desk as a speaker now 😀 Now it sounds like my MK2S. Need another vibration dampers.

Just on fast movement at the benchy he was a little bit loud.
